What we guarantee

Every listing on REVR has been physically inspected by REVR staff before it goes live. We bet our refund on that inspection. If a property turns out to be materially different from the listing — pictures, video, dimensions, foreign-ownership status, title deed — we refund your deposit in full.

What is covered

• •Physical condition that differs materially from the photos or video walkthrough
• •Advertised floor or land area inaccurate by more than 5%
• •Stated foreign-ownership eligibility (Yes / No / Quota) turns out to be wrong
• •Stated title-deed type (Chanote / Nor Sor 3 / Sor Kor 1) turns out to be wrong

Who is eligible

• ✓Buyers who paid a deposit through REVR's built-in escrow (not buyers who paid the seller direct off-platform)
• ✓Buyers who completed identity verification (KYC) before deposit
• ✓Claims raised within the claim window (see below)

Claim window

You have 14 calendar days from the earlier of (a) the date you signed the Sale & Purchase Agreement, or (b) the date you requested escrow release, to open a claim.

How to claim

1. 1.Open the offer in your account and click ‘Open a claim’
2. 2.Provide evidence (photos, surveyor report, title-deed scan)
3. 3.REVR responds within 5 business days
4. 4.If we agree the listing was materially inaccurate, your deposit is refunded to the original payment method

Limits

• –Guarantee covers your deposit only — it does not cap losses against the full purchase price
• –Does not cover subjective preferences (e.g. 'the view was nicer in the video')
• –Does not cover post-handover damage or wear
• –Does not cover cases where the buyer waived the discrepancy in writing during negotiations
